Will not recommend to anyone service is horrible they are backwards with everything that they do they are only quick to put you on a case no one else wants

This is one of the best agency to work, they are very nice people.

Horrible communication!!!  Constant changes are made to the days the aides are due to show up without my knowledge NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I’VE TOLD THEM TO CALL ME FIRST!!!  Many of the aides show up late & leave early!!! I could go on & on...
