Four Seasons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

I was very impressed with the professionalism at the Fourseason nursing home. When I ask a question, it was answered if they didn’t know the answer, they would get someone that was an expert to explain the situation with my uncle. The staff was friendly, and they were tending to several patient at the same time but yet they took time to explain my uncle’s condition as he authorized. My uncle’s recovery is going to be extensive,but I am very confident that he will reach his full potential in the care and loving arms,of the staff at four seasons I recommend anyone that needs a convalescent. To reach out to the social workers because they also have additional services to assist those who enter the facility I have 100% confidence that your family members will do well at this facility patients will reach their highest medical potential.

I want to commend the staff at Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation for their care and professionalism. The security guard who greeted us and administered the Covid test was so cordial. My aunt was comfortable and cared for by the nursing staff. This facility comes highly recommended.

Four Seasons Nursing home killed my uncle. They left him in his feces for hours on end. They ignored his pains. They only acted nice when the family comes around. He had bedsores on his body. They barely did physical therapy on him. So he slowly succumb to the infection and sickness and passed away yesterday. Do not send your loved ones to this funeral home pretending to be a nursing home!

I never wanted my Grandmother to leave home, but Four Seasons made it possible to be a place that is very similar to being at home, and my Grandmother loved her time at this fantastic place. I have visited other homes and I am thankful my Grandmother ended up here. The staff went above and beyond, so thank you.

Front desk reception and security were courteous and helpful. The attendant that I saw tending to my aunt was patient and gentle when waking and feeding her. I was satisfied in the care I observed.

Extremely satisfied with 4 seasons . Very clean and freindly staff . From the start, all the coordinators have been extremely helpful and communicative in organizing and seeing through to my dads care .. we chose 4 seasons for the dialysis center ..from Zev to Nicole to Jack to Irena all doing their share . They are a great team in helping us get home hemo going.. they train on premises to get my father home as soon as possible to dialyze in the comfort of his own home .. a wonderful team . I even have many of their personal numbers to communicate at any time of the day ! They always answer my calls and they take care of my concerns immediately! I don't need to wait days for a call back ! This is very important to me .

I gave a 3 because this was my first visit. So far so good. The place is very clean. The nurses Was very respectful. And I hope all Goes well as it seems.

Four Seasons Nursing Home is absolutely amazing. When you walk in everyone is always smiling. Four Seasons honestly seems like the hotel chain it shares a name with, but with amazing care.

Bad place to put your love one. There is a CNA by the name Maxime she is Haitian she is very bad. She has some nerves. She used to treat my father very bad. She pick up my father and drop him in bed with rage. She works too much she doesn’t have time to sleep. Only two nurses from 3-11 the Haitian lady and the tall philipino guy they are very good. My father died from not suctioning and sepsis. Some nurses they don’t give his medications and the don’t do his dressings. I found my father dead in bed Nobody knew my father passed away. When EMS people came in the machine says my “This patient was dead hours ago.” It looks like they don’t make rounds every 30. Those ventilator patient needs to be monitored every 30 minutes. I supposed transfer my father to Ditmas Nursing home they told me it’s better.

Hospitality was good. The security on entering was very polite, warm ,welcoming and helpful. Staff on 7th floor were accommodating. Residents were interesting and recptive to the words spoken and the songs sung. They accepted thd prayers offered and seem to have enjoyed the session with us.
