The whole deal was awesome. I reserved on the phone and no issues when I picked it up. Would highly recommend this place. The guys working there were awesome. A++++++++++

We was new to the area. The weather was reporting rain and storms. I asked John Roberts the man attending if it got bad would there be full charge. He assured me that if it got bad I could bring it back before 2pm there would be only 1/2 a charge. We got down to the waterfall (he recommended to got to) and hard rain came. I headed back and had it docked by 1:20 p.m. He was busy and I asked if the charge would be half and day. He said don't worry about it. The next day I wanted to go again and thought maybe we could work out a agreement for another half day. He wasn't there but the other man said i should have recieved a credit. He was not nice but said he would talk to John about this. After days rolled on I noticed full charge on my credit card. When I called to get this fixed on my card John Roberts had a whole different story. These guys are crooks. Watch you wallet around them. You may end up stranded out on the water as shaddy as these people do business. As for me, family, and friends we will not do anymore business with Pickwick Boat Rentals. Thanks again John!
