Clean facility, friendly staff. The wait wasn’t that bad 1 hour based on not having an appointment and most of the patients before us did. Wonderful doctors. Extremely kind and saw to my daughter very quickly and listened to her concerns.

Loooooong wait for covid pcr test - 2 hours from time I scheduled my appointment. Never come back again!!!

My doctor j cursor, was caring and very helpful and knowledgeable in her craft. She took very good care of me. Staff was attentive and nice. Most urgent cares don't care and shuffle you through like cattle. I appreciate it when they take the time to care especially when you are not feeling well. Thumbs up for taking time to be go the extra mile to show real care and concern for people. God bless Happy holidays to y'all. Thanks again for caring for me. Jazz.

All of the ladies were absolutely professional and nice to work with. Wait time was less then an hour. Loved my tech unfortunately I lost her name buts she’s African American and tall loved our conversations. Will recommend this spot to others. Thanks for the prompt and professional services everyone stay safe and blessed! 8/12/2022 Today I called in because what I saw everyone on 8/6. I finished the medication provided and I still have the same issues. I followed the medication that was prescribed for me by the doctor. Just to be told I have to pay again. Horrible

My child was seen at this facility on Monday 24, October 2022. She was a walk in. Although there were maybe 3-4 persons ahead of us- our wait time was not very long. The staff, beginning from the front desk, onto the back end staff, provided kind, pleasant and excellent service. My daughter was seen by nurse practitioner, Anna Weaver, who provided professional and knowledgeable information. She proficiently diagnosed my child with an upper respiratory infection and prescribed some medication to help resolve her illness. Ms. Weaver was patient and answered all my questions. I truly appreciated her "bedside" manner. If ever I have to go to an urgent care in the future, I would not hesitate to return here. The other urgent care located on Druid Hills, not far from this one, was a disappointment for me.

Very friendly staff!! The nursing staff and the doctor were wonderful with all three of my children. If left to the staff alone, I would give them six plus Stars. The only concern I had was that the computer system was down, but that happens every now and again and is clearly not the fault of the providers. Otherwise, this was a great experience and I will be back again.

Staff was friendly, waiting area and rooms were clean. Diamond was really great! She helped my daughter feel at ease and was a joy to be around. Madison, our practitioner, listened to my daughter, interacted with her and wasn’t just in and out the room in 2 minutes. It makes a difference when you wait to see a HCP and they actually take the time to listen to the patient and offer recommendations for treatment instead of just getting you out of the exam area. I will most definitely bring my daughter back if needed. Recommend to anyone who doesn’t need to visit ER but needs quick attention!!!

From I entered the door I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a friendly voice. During my wait the receptionist personally came to me and advised when I would be going to the back. When I was called to the back that person was also very kind and thoughtful. When the doctor came to see me she was pleasant and informed about my visit. She had already reviewed information from Emory hospital and was able to collaborate my story and understood my concerns. I was treated with such good care and advise.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Justina checked us in with a welcoming and cheerful demeanor. She made my son at ease and even made him laugh. Tina, I think that’s her name was our MA and she was very friendly as well and listened to our concerns. We then saw Dr. Harris who was outstanding too. Again, I can’t reiterate what a stellar experience this was. I took my daughter to a different urgent care earlier the same day and it was a night and day experience. I highly recommend this facility/providers.

Wow!! I highly recommend it. Just wish all PCP could have this level of service and care... Front desk personnel, nurse and the doctor displayed high professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and a great vibe. I was in and out in no time also because I was lucky to arrive with no one else waiting- minutes later there were about 8 people checking in!.
