I went into Pierce without a lot of knowledge on flooring, but Kathie was so helpful! I had an idea on what I wanted, but after talking to Kathie about our needs, she guided me toward a great product! I ordered my floors today, and I’m so happy with the sales experience. I can’t wait to see the final product once it’s installed! Great service, product, and price!

My husband and I purchased carpet and pad fom Pierce. Our salesman, Byron, was very knowledgeable and helpful, showing us and explaining different options without being pushy. The carpet was just installed last week by installers arranged though Pierce. They were personable, efficient and professional. We are happy with the finished product.

I love all of the flooring that we got through Pierce flooring. Tom was amazing, I live 30 miles out of town and he personally came out and measured on his own time to make sure it was correct. We have a ton of angles so it was a huge job. We purchased 2 types of carpet, padding, & laminate flooring so it was no small endeavor. We are thrilled with the quality of the products, the installers were amazing and you can’t beat the customer service we received. Keep up the amazing work Pierce!!!
