Pierce Homes

One of the worst experiences of my life. Please, what ever you do, do not work with this company. They will promise anything to get the sale, tell you what ever you want to hear, and then fail to make good on anything. I was told on one occasion by the general Manager of Pierce homes that "I should have know that a promise/statement (made by Pierce) was unreasonable." and that "I should have checked the contract to make sure the statement, made by the Pierce salesperson, was in line with the contract." Very poor customer service, shoddy workmanship, and repeated misleading information. Do not trust anything they say. Their contractors are unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Our house was delivered almost 3 months late and almost 5 months later we are still trying to get pierce to fix things that were installed wrong, incomplete, or damaged. Do not waste your time or your money on these guys.

Pierce is the worst company to work with, especially their branch out of Billings. They have the worst customer service and they do not hold true to their 1 year warranty. If you ever want/need anything fixed in your new home, good luck. I have been heckling they for a year now to fix 3 things in my house. They have come on three different occasions and yet the same three issues are never resolved. They tell you that you will receive a call from the tech who will be fixing the issues, you don't. Also, they expect you to take off work to sit and wait for the tech to finish, I was not informed of this until recently. Usually, it is required that 2 weeks notice be given when time needs to be taken off, good luck. They don't tell you when they are coming until the day of or before. I have nothing at all good to say about this company.
