The Home Depot

I went to check out. They only had one checker, and that was in the self-checkout. For a do-it-yourself place, getting in, and getting back to work takes to long. Ace Hardware may have higher prices but they are more convenient.

So i was in your garden section yesterday and when I asked if you had anymore peppers this guy rolled his eyes at me. So my dad told me that I should go and get the one pepper they had left and by the way it was already dead. So I told my dad that we would probably go somewhere else to buy peppers. And the guy rolled his eyes and walked off on his phone. By the way his name was ALEX. But we ended up getting a basil plant and ALEX was my cashier. I asked for a new better cashier. And this probably sound bratty but its not. Its my feelings.

Customer Service does not exist in this establishment. The store did not help us load anything into our carts when they clearly seen that we could've used a little. Do not go to this store if you do not know what your looking for or doing. I reccomend Lowes in Helena Mt.

Home depot has something for all household needs,and then some, gardening,amazing plants , and flower pots too come check out the latest lawn n garden club cadet , John deer!!!

Very helpful staff but also considerate to those of us (Me) that like to find things on our (Me) own.....
