I have only taken seven classes at this studio but I have absolutely loved every single instructor thus far! I was doing pilates for a few months and felt my results plateauing and knew that something needed to change if I wanted more definition and results. The owner herself called me and we spoke at length regarding my needs and she felt very confident I would enjoy the classes, which I have been. If I'm honest, Lagree is not for everyone, but it's nice that you can go at your own pace and the instructors are there to help with your form. I highly recommend Lagree Luxe for anyone looking for an intense but low-impact full body workout.
I’ve been going to Lagree for about a month and a half - only one day a week to compliment my spin routine. It has been incredible. I’m noticeably stronger and feeling great. The workouts are hard for sure but the environment is very supportive and the instructors are extremely knowledgeable about the machine and body. It’s challenging but in the best way. Look forward to continuing at Lagree!
I am a consistent gym goer doing all things from yoga to weight strength training. I started to go to Lagree a few weeks ago and it’s been AMAZING! Being a busy student, having a quick yet super super effective workout is perfect for my schedule. All coaches have been great and really help you learn and feel more confident each class you take. Couldn’t recommend more! :
6 classes in, and I find the workout is very beneficial in my life, it's a quick, feel good work-out. The atmosphere is great and fun. One thing I would suggest is, adding beginners classes because it's a bit intimidating to try to get the hang of with how quick some instructors go during the 45 min session, and not knowing what you're doing can feel like a waste of money on a class. all in all, very well worth it and loving it so far.
The instructors are nice and the facility is great but I’ll be honest since I didn’t see any reviews that properly warned me when I was starting these classes. This is the same structure as a HIIT class, so if you don’t love those you won’t like this. At least I didn’t. I really truly disliked the class and I wish I’d done the two class pack trial instead of a two week trial. There are no breathers or breaks, it is a very condensed full body workout in 45 minutes. I would rather spend 1.5 hours lifting weights than do this type of workout. Absolutely no shade to the instructors but I wish I’d seen a review like this. You’re thrown in and while it’s not too hard to figure out, it’s not too easy and it’s not a gentle introduction. There is a lot of “don’t stop, don’t take breaks” encouragement. A lot of people love that type of work out but if you don’t love that, then this just isn’t for you. You get an insane workout and will be sore for days, which is great. If you can force yourself into these classes three days a week you’ll look great, but the intensity and pace had me hating it and focused on how badly I wanted to leave the whole time, then I had no desire to move and do even my usual activity for a day or two after. So keep that in mind before your sign up for two weeks, it’s a very niche workout that you either love or hate. Think boot camp with a learning curve.
Recent resident of Denver and i found my happy place at Lagree Luxe. Although a fan of all locations, Central Park is my my favorite due to the ample parking and convenient shopping center. All of the Luxe instructors have their own unique personalities, play great music, and are dedicated to lagree fitness and the progress of their students. My bod feels amazing! #winterbod
Attended my first class and was super nervous. Brooke instructor was so kind, showing me the machine and during the session made sure to come over and offer suggestions and modifications as needed. The other attendees were so kind and made me feel welcomed and part of the Lagree community. I’m excited to go back!
I did the two weeks for $50 and could not have had a better experience. I did 10 classes during this time. Every instructor was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I walked away feeling stronger and more confident after every class, as I was a first timer for Lagree. I am looking forward to signing up for a membership now.
First time going to any type of lagree class, & I absolutely loved it! Take advantage of the two week deal! All instructors are super nice & helpful. I noticed a difference in my running form after a few classes!
