Pileggi On the Square

Absolutely love Will at Pileggi on the Square! Master of color and I always leave loving my hair! The salon smells amazing and is beautifully decorated for the holidays! Highly recommend !!

With long hair and having had bad cuts in the past, I am very particular about my haircuts. I had a fantastic experience at Pileggi on the Square, and Peter did a great job. The salon is clean, and in a great location Right near Washington Square Park-a quick walk from Old City. Parking was plentiful on Friday during the day metered. The staff were very friendly and offered water/coffee/tea. Peter listened to what I wanted, and gave me some advice for what best fit what I was looking for. It was a relaxing atmosphere, and even though I have really long hair that can take forever to blow dry/set, I was not rushed at all. In addition to the haircut, I did a gloss to add shine to my hair and I had my hair set. It was overall a very good experience and I love the cut.Services: Hairstyling

Lydia is a miracle worker....and snarky! : She somehow fixed my dry awful fried Covid hair... tried to go silver...bad idea back to my smooth, heathly shiny hair!!! I did not think it was possible!! I started going to Pileggi On the Square almost 2 years ago. My best friend and her mom introduced me to the salon and their stylist Bill. Bill is one of the best stylist's who has ever cut my hair. From the moment I sat in chair I felt comfortable. I am a person who is very specific about my hair and even bring in a binder of different magazine clippings and Bill will review those looks to figure which style would be best for me. He takes his time and really gets into every detail of the cut. He's also hilarious and keeps me laughing throughout the experience! I truly love the entire staff of Pileggi, everyone is so warm and friendly. They are really interested in their customers and I feel like it's one of the best salons I have seen in a really long time. Everyone has each other's back and it's an amazing to see the leadership and teamwork that goes on at Pileggi. I know when I get my cut I am going to have a great experience from the moment I walk in, to the shampoo very relaxing, to when my hair's getting cut. I love Pileggi!

Love this salon! Jay is my stylist and he is amazing. I've gotten highlights, cut and blowouts and every experience is five stars. The rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, great experience and can't wait to come back

I have been using Jeffrey at the hair salon and he is just great; he does the best blow-outs and I have just had my first color with him and it's really good. I also particularly like Jeff's assistant, Tola, who gives a 5-start hair washing experience topped off with a very relaxing head massage. During my last visit, I found out that they have an upstairs, where you can get facials and mani-pedis, so I booked a facial with Brenda. I just got back and I have to say, she is excellent. It was my first ever facial and I was worried that, as someone who suffers from claustrophobia, I would find it all bit too suffocating, but Brenda totally got it. She gently explained what was going to happen, told me that she would be extra careful to make me feel less claustrophobic and generally put the ball in my court in terms of what she would and wouldn't do, according to my tastes. Brenda also really listened and got a lot of background on my skin type etc, she also made notes, in case I return - which I most definitely will. I left my facial feeling very relaxed the full facial comes with a neck and arm massage, which is fantastic! and my skin is actually soft and glowing. Can't recommend Brenda and Jeffrey high enough:
