Sequoya is always kind, attentive, and efficient. She's an expert at cutting and coloring my hair exactly as I want, and she's patient with me, as I'm terrible at making decisions, which I appreciate. Easily the best hair stylist I've been to, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The assistants are also always kind and thorough with their work. I love coming here!

Bree was amazing - I asked for a haircut and balayage. She explained the whole process to me and she also shared tips on how to take care / style my wavy hair at home. A very unique salon with friendly stylists and a great environment. I was excited to go brown after being blonde for almost 10 years and Leo shared that excitement right from the start. He was patient, kind, and his expertise stood out. I also appreciated that Leo cared about my hair health and was realistic with what we could achieve in one session. Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. My stylist, Sequoyah, spent time during this first visit to discuss with me ideas for a new hair style as well as ask for my input. I was very pleased with the method she used to cut my hair. The result was a good transition from my previous haircut. As someone who has lived, and at times struggled with curly hair, I can attest that it is difficult to find hair professionals that are able to not only cut curly hair but also have a deep understanding of how it behaves. Bree is someone who possesses those skills along with having an inherent passion for curly cuts. She is very knowledgeable in how to manage all different curl types. It is an enjoyable experience to see her sculpt my curls into a new cut. It was my first time here and the service was excellent. My stylist was Sithia. She knew how to work with Asian hair and the type of style I generally like. I had a perm and my hair was really frizzy. She made it smoothed and styled right before my event and it was super nice. She's super nice and we had some great conversation. First experience was good, everyone was welcoming and caring. My hair experience was good too. For which I give 5 star. 5 star for quickly giving me appointment both times. Second experience, not good , not welcoming and service was not good. No one asked me what type of Balayage I needed. I needed more light color instead got dark. My forehead got spots from root coloring. Front desk was not welcoming, not even a fake smile. Some of them were having a look like I was not even wanted there. I guess because of my race. Girl who did my color was good with communication. Her assistant was good. Not returning back, even though I was coming from Delaware just for their services. I was recommended by my friends and family here as they all were using their services from last 2 years, more than 15 people. but once I have told them about my experience I guess we are in search for new salon now.Service: Balayage

I don’t know how much Devon gets paid, but I can tell you it is NOT ENOUGH! She is a wonderful conversationalist, an excellent listener, and beyond talented when it comes to the main event: My hair. I leave her chair feeling like the most glorious version of myself, and most of the time, she’s the one calling the shots YAY! Less thinking for my indecisive mind . Something about Devon that I find really spectacular is that she also turns each session into a science lesson: she describes the process my hair goes through to achieve each look and color, and I genuinely leave Architeqt amazed each time.
