We believe Beauty Is…LLC that together we can do a lot of good. We believe in making the world a better place than it was yesterday. Starting by revolutionizing the salon industry into a more professional, responsible, and philanthropic industry and by creatively sharing our passion and inspiring everyone to see their inner beauty therefore enriching minds, cultivating confidence, and improving our quality of life. Showing each person that we all have the power to achieve greatness. We share our passion and realization that every individual is truly beautiful inside and out and, translating this vision through the art of beautiful hair.

Our philosophy and mission at Beauty Is…LLC has always been bringing out the beauty in every single person’s life we touch. Whether it is making our guests look beautiful, feel beautiful, or inspiring them to see the beauty that surrounds us each day, we will always strive to make the world a better place through the art of beautiful hair. While reaching for our endeavors, we believe profitability, environmental sustainability, humanitarian aid, and beautiful hair can go hand in hand.

At Beauty Is… LLC we believe, success is not just measured in money made but also in the goodness generated. We believe that giving exceptional guest service can also serve the common good. We are united in this philanthropic effort with your support and shared beliefs--the belief in integrity, honesty, environmental relief, and humanity.

Integrity starts with the highest quality hair care products made with organic and wild-crafted ingredients sourced by supporting global indigenous communities, protecting our rainforests, and hand selected for their healing properties. Our commitment to integrity continues with our superior guest services that will radiate your very inner beauty and positive outlook that emanates positivity for a healthier perspective, mind, and soul.

Honesty comes from the integrity of the services we provide to the relationship with our guests, employees, and partners. We treat everyone with honesty, equality, and respect. We are pioneers in the salon industry and we believe in taking care of our employees, offering them healthcare, dental, contributed retirement opportunities, paid advance education, and continuous career advancement for all of our full-time employees.

Environmental sustainability is a priority for us. We strive not to just reduce our footprint, but to leave the planet better than how we found it. From using only all recycled materials, donating 10% of hair care product revenue to improving the local environment, and being completely powered by renewable energy credits; our proactive environmental relief practices and support are superior in the salon industry.

Our humanitarian promise, a dedication to those dedicated to helping themselves to improving the lives of those within our community and the world. Which is why we donate 10% of our profits from guest services to humanitarian causes in addition to quarterly charity benefits. Our employees are also encouraged to donate 5% of their work time to volunteer with our partnering non-profit organizations.
