This pizza  was burned, over cooked. I waited over 30 minutes to bring this pizza home. Had to wait 5 minutes to be welcome,  before one of the delivery drivers to come in off a delivery and take my order. I would take it back and get my money . I just got off work and just don't feel like going back out in this weather. All of the pepperoni is unidentifiable. Just Red little charcoal circles. Will never go back to this location. A 1 Star  is more than generous for my loss of $14.00

The BEST Pizza Hut in Hampton Roads! They never disappoint. Our order is always correct, every single time. Food is hot and fresh. The entire staff is SO SWEET and pleasant, always a breath of fresh air. Their delivery services are pretty quick, too! Thank you guys for what you do, you are very appreciated!

I stopped at the pizza hut on Holland road across from Kroger's. Busy place. But they helped me place my order. Driver carried my order out to the car for me. Great service. Food was excellent. Their new melts are great.

Ordered a personal pan pizza as a pickup order through the app. The person who greeted me at the counter was super nice. Pizza was delicious. Will definitely order again. Good service is hard to come by in Hampton Roads it seems.

We have ordered from this location since 2021, and each time was DELICIOUS, PROMPT and with EXCELLENT service. My side of the family religiously orders the Hut; my husband wasn't as much of a fan until we started ordering from this store. Cannot praise them enough.

Waited of the 20mins to go pick up my order. Food was stated to have been made but they couldn't find it.   I was asked to sit and wait on another one to be made. I spent over an hour dealing with this. As others walked in to get their pizza and leave.  Nothing offered for the inconvenience,  poor customer skills

Great service, placed order on line and it was nice and hot and ready to go when I arrived!

This is the 2nd time I got just a regular stuffed crust pizza & not only was it HARD, it’s thinner than it used to be. Seriously disappointed bc Pizza Hut has been my favorite for a long time.

I have always had a bad experience ordering from this location.  3 times now I've ordered then received a call saying no delivery driver and I needed to cancel or pick it up myself.  The 2 times that i ended up picking up myself they never credited me the prepaid tip that i applied when ordering online. When I called today the person answered the phone and just said "hello" and when I asked if this was pizza hut, she replies "uuuh, yes it is" with a huge attitude.  If I ever want pizza hut again I'll be doing carryout from the Rosemont rd/VA Beach Blvd location which is only a couple miles from this one.

Today is April 26 ,2022 tell me why these 2 female preparing pizza with know gloves now the guy put his gloves  on placing  the pepperoni on someone pizza No!!! Gloves I don't care if you washed your hands or not a germ is a germ wear gloves to much is going  on in this world.The guy that wore his gloves this is not for you.you know who you are keep your gloves  on even  if we can't see you.touching stuff  then touch the food. NASTY!!!!!!! You doing  because customer  can't see you guess what I saw you.
