Pizza Hut

I called and placed a carry out order! The guy was super enthusiastic and repeated my order back to me to confirm. I asked for them to make my pizza look nice and that’s what I got! Thanks so much :

The pizza was better this time than the last time we had it. A little pricey. The Detroit style pizza is good, but more cheese bread than pizza in my opinion. This location seemed to be struggling with carry out. I don’t know if they were short-handed or ill prepared or just don’t have a good system in place, but if this visit is my measuring stick then they need to do some work.

The service was outstanding. My pizza was above what was expected. The customer service is second to none. There is always a clean environment. The service is quick and efficient. Bravo Zulu to the employees!

Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party and had to trash a majority of the pizza do to only having sauce, cheese, and meat on 3 maybe 4 slices per box. Had to purchase other food to feed everyone. Horrible

Delivery driver very incompetent. Delivery driver gave my pizza to the WRONG PERSON at the WRONG ADDRESS then lied and said he gave it to me when asking how did the person look he said a “fat black women” im definitely not fat .

Called when arrived for contactless curbside, I'm a disabled Veteran, waited 5 minutes for someone to answer, then was put on hold 15 minutes. I hung up and went inside. Got my order, no apology for the wait., but a pleasant greeting nonetheless. Got to my van, opened the container of boneless breaded chicken wings to see maybe 5 good pieces and a bunch of tiny bits swimming in BBQ sauce. On the plus side, they did fix my order quickly and without fuss.

My order was missing an item when I picked it up curbside. I noticed this when I got home and had to return to the store. Tried 2 more orders. The 1st was a carry out that was ready 55 minutes after the estimated time. Last night the delivery was about on time but 3 toppings were missing from one of the pizzas. I see no reason to try them again. Dominos anyone? 10/31/21 Tried again. It was Halloween and I expected delivery delays. App estimated delivery time to be up to 90 minutes. It was over 150. Order was correct this time. Driver apologized for the delay. Food tasted good. I hope they get their staffing problems worked out. 10/22 I like Pizza Hut, but I truly wish the store here would be more consistent. Ordered 2 pies, one was to be cooked extra crispy. Both were arguably under cooked. Please, Pizza Hut, pay attention. 12/21/22 Why do I keep trying this place? The pizzas are good, that's why. Ordered 7 pizzas for a party. With 3 hours advance notice, the delivery was 30 mins late and slightly warm, at best. I live 10 mins from the store, this is not tough.

Good food. Not alot of workers though. Great for take out.

We ordered at 4:10 pm today. It’s now , 7:09 pm. No one will answer the phone. The $ has been taken out of my bank account. And ….no pizza. No one will answer the phone. If your short staffed , please do not offer pizza delivery. We live 2.9 miles away ………I’ve been on hold 12 minutes now. My husband has been on hold 18 minutes. This location needs to be shut down. I received an email asking how we liked our pizza ……WHAT pizza ? I can’t even call to cancel because NO one will pick up the phone. We will be calling corporate tomorrow.

My food has been fresh and tasty. I have yet to have a issue with Pizza Hut. Thanks for your services.
