The Drive through left out an entire large side from my family box... embarrassing that u can't count sides going into a bag at a drive through. No mac and cheese side which i had to make our kid at home, What a 40$ disappointment...Food: 1/5
Did drive thur!! Order went well and all items was in bag. Received receipt and was on my way home. Meal was delicious cause I was hundry.Food: 5/5
Don't do it just came through the parking lot to turn around. This food is fake. I haven't ate here in over a decade.

I went through the drive thru and asked for the eight piece hot wings and I asked for them to be made fresh even if I had to wait for a few minutes. The guy who took my order said ok. Get my food and it’s lukewarm and best. Then the chicken wasn’t even good. It could have stayed in the grease for another minute or two. These are not the same hot wings KFC use to sale. I’m tired of giving KFC my money for nasty food. The only thing I will buy from now on is the chicken pot pie
Ordered online, arrived at the restaurant 5 min later than the completion time displayed on my app. I came inside and asked for my order. The manager wanted to see my receipt. I showed her the receipt on my phone. She called out my order, and I realized my order wasn't even prepared! I ended up waiting for an additional 25 to 30 minutes for them to put my order together and finally got my food. The fact that people were walking in and getting served before me was irritating. Why have an online app if you're not going to utilize it? The food was okay overall, but I would suggest walk in or drive through.
I remembered why I stop going to KFC, the food is absolutely atrocious. I decided to stop to location in Blythewood S.C on my way home and got some awful Chicken strips coldFood: 1/5
I visited near the end of open hours, but selection was limited. So I couldn't get breast. They did have tenders and legs so I asked if I could get the 3 piece box but switch tenders for the 1 breast. I got to the register and he tried charging me $20. When I got startled he started saying he rang it up "individually." I told him I thought it was going to stay the big box price. Then he still charged over $16. People were waiting so I just paid it and left. Omg! The chicken was all dried up like it was cooked days ago! I won't be going back! That's a shame because I usually love KFC.
