Sonic Drive-In

Drive thru not open 24 hours. 430 am on my workshift , stop in the drive thru. Takes a min guy who sounds like I just woke him up- gets on the intercom tells me they are only open for delivery drivers. I said I can't order he says "No". Won't be stopping by this location in the future. Management should be aware.Food: 1/5

This is the first sonic I’ve seen with an indoor seating area sadly if management or the owner/owners don’t step in this place will rapidly decline.. we pulled in and the parking lot was DEAD so that was kind of a throw off then we went to order our food in the drive thru, the girl took the other cars order that pulled in after us first so we had to start talking in order for her to start taking our order.. the woman taking orders couldn’t understand anything of what was said, she kept having to repeat it and it was wrong time and time again finally we got it right, got to the window and still got the wrong drinks! She also charged us for the wrong order so we spent about ten dollars less good for us but bad for the business I’d avoid coming here until something is done about the staffs disorganization and their listening skills.

The experience here tonight was hands down completely trash. The girl working the window was so rude and in such a hurry to rush us. Then our master oreo cheesecake shakes were a total uter disappointment. I showed the girl where's the oreos? Not even cheesecake taste in it she offered me a cup of oreo cookies to dump in my milkshake like what was I supposed to do with that? I've never had someone say they couldn't remake something I paid almost 8 dollars for and she forgot the oreos Never again will I be a customer here.

Made an online order, went to the lot, and had to wait for over 10 mins even though I was the only person in the lot. Finally, I got tired and went through the drive-thru. The person inside had my order but simply didn't come out to give it to me. Gave no condiments.Food: 1/5

I recently visited the sonic American drive-in, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. My order was quite specific: two large cherry limeade slushies with nerds. What I received, however, were cherry limeade sodas with nerds, an unfortunate mix-up that’s far from what I anticipated. The issues didn’t stop there. The establishment seemed to have a habit of locking the doors before the actual closing time, an inconvenience to anyone hoping to dine in late. Additionally, the drive-through service was inefficient, to say the least. I was asked to pull up and wait for my food, only to find myself waiting for a good 30 minutes while the staff seemed to be playing around in the kitchen. Such carelessness and lack of attention to detail are concerning, especially when it becomes a repeated pattern. The staff needs to understand the importance of getting orders right and respecting customers’ time. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I find it hard to recommend this location to others until significant improvements are made. Rating:

Half of.mt drink was gone lod was intact so not on the driver. My sauces weren't included. On top of this my. Burrito was missing multiple ingredients and it was inedible as it was sopping with Grease. The eggs inside were fried and everything was covered in grease and specs of grime from a dirty grill used to be a cook so I know I will be reporting this to the health department The tortilla was translucent. All of my sauces and dips weren't included either. Only thing I could eat were the mozzarella sticks which still weren't too enjoyable without the marinara.

By far the worst experience ever, the boy I spoke to terell told me he was the manager had the slackest attitude and terrible customer service. He slung the bag at me after I waited in my car for at least 15 minutes. They didn’t put my sauces in the bag and I didn’t even have a sonic bag . I will never recommend anybody to eat at this one. all the attitudes were bad and I will never go back.all I wanted was a #15 ultimate. Look at this .. REALLY????

On our travels, stopped off here for a quick bite. This location has a large eat-in dining area as well as a drive-thru and car hop bays. We chose the car hop bay. The food is your typical Sonic food which is delivered hot, if it is supposed to be. The car hop server was pleasant, too.

Food was delicious, hot, and fast! Trey took the order, and got it out quick.Food: 5/5

Fries are always dry and cold. Burgers are always nasty. I doubt the regional manager never orders from this Sonic. If they did, they'd be embarassed.Food: 1/5
