32 Degrees A Yogurt Bar

The yogurt was fine. It was nice they had ice cream and sorbet as well. That said, it's really gross to have another person doing samples. Whether it's intentional or not, their hands touch your food. The customers should do this themselves. Obviously they do this because they don't want people freeloading. Figure out another way, it's gross. Second, allergens are not clearly labeled, specifically gluten. They have a chart on the wall but the labels for the yogurt and the labels on the chart don't even match up. Prices were pretty high although I didn't check how much per ounce. It was $26 for myself and my 3 kids and they did not get many toppings. The facility in general was filthy. The yogurt place we frequented in Colorado Springs iTopit before we moved here was spotless. They only had 2 people working usually but they kept up with the mess, there was always someone cleaning up or wiping things down. They also kept the small sample cups next to the larger cups and you could sample as many flavors as you wanted. Here, the high chairs were filthy, I mean they looked like they had never been wiped down. My feet were sticking to the floor when I walked. The cashier was nice enough, but if you're not with a customer, do something, don't play on your phone. There were old yogurt splatters on the walls and water stains on the ceiling tiles. The light in the women's room did not work and the bathrooms were not upkept either. Handles on topping scoops were sticky, bathroom handles were sticky. For these reasons I just don't see myself returning with my kids. For reference, it was extremely slow on a weekday early afternoon when we went. Almost no one else was there. If this is owned by an independent franchise, you could do so much better. Cleanliness in a restaurant of any kind is paramount to customer satisfaction. Let your customers do their own samples and please, clean the place up.

This used to be my favorite frozen yogurt place in town. In the past year it has slowly gone downhill. They would routinely swap out for fun new flavors, but it seems variety has really decreased and there is always a machine down. Recently they had 4 flavors out of commission, including the standard chocolate! What?! How can you offer desert without the basics? The hot fudge dispenser never works and if you ask for assistance with anything employees seem to begrudgingly assist. It makes me sad how downhill this place has gone, because there aren't really many options in Columbia.

This place has a great selection of frozen yogurt and ice cream. It's self serve... so you can have as much or as little as you want. The staff are welcoming and the prices are fair.

My husband and I took our 20 month old baby to this restaurant for the first time and experienced racism. We noticed the lady working whom took photos of caucasian children, but didn't take photos of our black baby. Our baby is a model and just as beautiful as the other children. This all took place on 3/20/2017 between 3pm and 4pm. We're going to let everyone black or caucasian know not visit this store and we're never coming back. We witness her telling other black customers to wash their hands, yet a the other customers that came in of the caucasian race wasn't asked or directed to wash their hands. We feel this is discrimination and we're going to get some legal advice from an attorney at once and we don't want an apology. My mother is the grandmother of the child called to discuss the issue, the lady had an attitude, and wasn't helpful at all. My husband and I both own multiple businesses and treat all of our customers equally, regardless of race. This will not blow over and be ignored.

Filthy! Nasty inside dust and dirt everywhere customer service was horrible. It was nearly $20 for two cups of yogurt. If I could give minus five stars I would. This is one place I'll never return to

Such a cute place! The froyo is amazing and the toppings were even better. Will definitely be going there again.

Good yogurt and toppings with a friendly staff. It's priced per ounce, and can get is a little expensive for what you get, but good nevertheless.

We love coming here. A lot of ice cream flavors/ choices were empty though.
