The kids working were friendly and the ice cream wasn't bad. The reason for the 2 star review is because they charged almost $2 more than what the menu advertised. They said that the prices changed almost a month ago but there was no indication of the price increase on the menu. The menu needs to be changed to reflect the correct prices.

I thought the cotton candy ice cream had a stronger/better flavor than cold stone’s!! Also great service, very friendly towards customers. I would definitely stop by again for some ice cream

I really enjoyed my trip to Marble Slab today! The ice cream and cookies were fresh. Thanks to the workers on the evening shift! They even offered us advice on what we should try! 10/10 must come again! Major shoutout goes to Isis for making us feel welcome and customer service on point! Gabe and Chelsea were great as well.

My first time at a Marble Slab. It is better than Baskin Robin's in my opinion. The atmosphere was friendly and I got to try a couple samples. Everyone made me feel nice. Will return. My son and I enjoyed the ice cream and toppings very much. Thank you.

Wonderful first experience here! The ice cream & shake was great, and I was so impressed with the customer service from Shamya and her coworker I didn’t catch her name. I will definitely be coming again!

Review concerns this specific location, not the entire business. The location at Colombiana is top notch. Really curious how two different locations of the same franchise can provide entirely opposite experiences. We couldn’t even get service at this location. At the entrance, there was a massive line of people, and once we made our way in, we waited for 15 min for the line to not even move by one person. The same customer ladies that stood at the front were still there when we left. There were three associates on the clock, all moving around lousily and barely getting anything done. I’m honestly fascinated how they didn’t even get to one customer in our 15 minutes of being there. The image of one of the associates waddling her way out of the back room while slowly peeling a banana will stay with me until the end of my days. Spare yourself the trouble of funding the people working here and go 10 minutes NW towards the Colombiana location. Marble Slab’s ice cream is actually good, it’s the people that bring this business down.

Line out the door and one employee sitting on her phone. Another employee cleaning to close when closing time is an hour away. All the lights in the lobby are out and the scene behind the counter is very dirty. No bananas either. Can they not walk across to Target? This is the 4th visit with no bananas for a banana split! What is going on with my neighborhood ice cream shop??

I would’ve gave them all stars but the line was super long and we all was waiting for a while. This lady comes inside and skips the whole line and the representative saw her and still took her over everyone before her. That wasn’t right at all

My husband works in the area, so we frequent here alot. We are never disappointed! The service is wonderful, considering the fact that they are always busy and short staffed. They make do and serve with a smile. I often notice that people tend to come in right at closing, and they still serve with a great attitude, despite probably being exhausted from a long day. Not sure why the reviews are complaining of wait times. Just like any place else, theres going to be a line. If you don't have time to wait, you have the option of going somewhere else. Keep up the good work, guys!

I will absolutely disregard from coming here. Poor customer service! Employees talk extremely low. As one of the employees was giving me my ice cream cone she almost touched my ice cream with the nasty cardboard sign that’s above the other ice creams. My ice cream cone was fixed very sloppy. Then to top that she didn’t even ask me if I wanted any toppings! It was a treat from my sister and I’m very upset and will not have her spend her coins here again! Neither mines!
