They forgot half of our order and made us wait an extra 20 minutes. She was very impatient when taking our order and that’s probably why she got it wrong. Very sassy staff lol all for a corn dog too
Ordered two drinks and two pretzels at 345. It's not 4:06 and I'm still sitting here. Called in they said our order was on the way out. That was at 4. They are not busy. This is absolutely ridiculous
Literally the slowest drive thru ever. In the time I signed in to Google and made this review, the line has not moved at all. Definitely not the place If you’re in a hurry.
Literally the best fast food place in Columbia for late night cravings. Their service is always on point and the milkshakes are amazing.Food: 5/5
Waited 45 minutes for food after asking where it was they finally brought it out minutes later and the milkshakes were melted, tots cold, and my burger had a whole bottle of mustard on it I didnt ask for. Will never return worst service I've experienced in a long time. Only positive is I easily received a refund but it seems as if they are very use to giving people money back
Specifically stopped to grab a drink and let my child use the restroom. The women's room was very clean and stocked.we were able to order and have our food and drinks very quickly. I had my daughter grab the food from the back window, and our male server was so kind and patient with her. Great location and experience.Takeout: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
yesterday i things were missing from my order, everytime i come here there’s no flavor in my slushie and it’s just ice, and when i ask for more sauce they always give me an attitude.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of my burrito at this location. Even though the Sonic appeared to be understaffed, the burrito looked good, tasted good, & was quickly delivered. It's a shame the Bojangles 2 miles away can't figure out how to do this.
I guess this is $5 worth of popcorn chicken.
I waited 30 mins on 2 small blasts. Even after asking where my order was, nothing. I went through the drive thru and spoke with the manager. My order was just sitting there so it was given to me immediately and I wasn’t charged. There was no one in any other stalls the entire time I waited and I watched at least 8 cars roll through the drive thru. I usually go to a different Sonic and will continue to do so after this experience.
