Rita's Italian Ice

I love Rita’s and quite literally stumbled upon this location. I couldn’t pass it up, so I got a small cotton candy italian ice. There was a small line, but we got through it very quickly. It was so delicious and it was a great treat for a warm day! There is a small seating area near the ordering window that we sat at, and it was nice to be able to sit down and relax.

The first time I ever heard mention of this place was on an episode of 'This Is Us'. We're from MI so we weren't familiar with it. We were happy to find this location in downtown Columbia where we now live. The young lady who served us on 8-16-22 at about noon was pleasant and helpful. That was so very appreciated because service with a great attitude is a thing of the past. We will DEFINITELY be back after tasting that cup of creamy frozen amazingness!

What's not to love about Rita's!? We've had great and quick service at each visit to this location. The gelatis and frozen drinks have all been great!

I’ve had a great experience at this location up until tonight. I made a simple complaint about my shake not being blended enough & the older gentleman was very rude & nasty.

We love bringing our granddaughter here! The ices are delicious. I personally like the mango gelati!

My family and I were in town for a concert and stopped here after dinner. We used to have a Rita's in our town but it has been closed for a while so this visit was a nice treat.

Rita's might be my favorite dessert place. I love the mango custard with vanilla gelati.

Great customer service. The Italian ice had a slight chlorine taste to it but it still was good.

Italian ice is so good. This location has a variety of flavors. I couldn't just decide on one or two. Most definitely will be back
