Great location, not too far from the restaurant and bars. The ice cream was good and served a decent serving size. The place it self was super quiet, they have 3 tables for customers. Only negative was the staff seemed annoyed to be serving us. Not sure if it was due to it being an extremely slow day, however that was the only negative to the experience here.

Only one star because I can’t go any lower than that !! Horrible service. One of the employees acted very childish. Seemed to be bothered to wait on us. I didn’t get to order what I wanted. He messed up the first time and the second time he just did whatever he wanted. DON’T waste your money and time! They were out of everything! How do you run out of vanilla flavor at an ice cream shop?! This was our first time visiting the place. Never again! Definitely letting all my friends know this place is not worth it. Rude employee = No customers.

Wonderful Customer Service! I visited today 11/20/2021 at 3:30 pm and received A+ service by the young man who was at the counter. I was amazed because despite the rapidly growing crowd of 15+customers, he was the only employee handling every order scooping ice cream and he ran the register all with a pleasant attitude and in a quick and efficient manner. ???Where was the manager or other workers????

Walked in at 8 o’clock, the guy says sorry we’re closed. Apple Maps says store closes at nine. He says come on in anyway. We got two kids size ice creams. Had like two marshmallows in it. Store was gross and grimey.

Very dirty and dark inside and very unprofessional. Will never return to this location again. I placed a cake order 2 days before my sons 16th birthday when I arrived October 28 no cake was available. The 2 young men sitting on the counter on their cell phone said they couldn't find my cake and they could not find my cake order. I asked for the managers name and phone number. When I called the manager Mindy she didn't apologize she told me there was nothing that can done. That was it. Just wanted to thanks Publix on Gervais st. for having amazing staff and a ready cake that was delicious.

Closed before 8:00 pm on a Saturday night? We took our eight year old out to dinner in the Vista and told her she could have ice cream for dessert. Not sure why this store is closed on a weekend night unless they are planning to close permanently.

Always great ice cream!!! They have new flavors and specials now. Haven't been in 6 months.

Wasn't impressed with this ice cream shop. Over priced and the ice cream was melting before they even scooped it out of the freezer. I ordered butter pecan and they didn't have enough to make a cone so instead of telling me they didn't have enough for what I ordered they ask me to pick another flavor to go on top of the butter pecan. I would have just chose a different flavor as I dont like to mix flavors like that. They were very slow. There were 3 of us and I got mine 1st and was finished eating mine by the time the 3rd person got their ice cream. They just seemed unorganized, confused and not very well trained. I will go to Dairy Queen next time instead

By far my favorite ice cream parlor. I am seeing them pop up all over Chicago IL and i promise if you go, you won't be let down. The interior is stunning and i wish my house could look the same way! The staff is always friendly and i never had a bad experience.

Went to this location Saturday night and the ice cream flavor was great!! HOWEVER, all of the ice cream was melting. Also they only had like 5-6 flavors to choose from probably because the rest melted completely. They had the tops open so all the cold was escaping and they left the temperature gauge resting on the counter for everyone to see and it was at 50 degrees.. no wonder it was melting. The workers didn’t seem to care and the place was dirty. Only reason why we even got ice cream from there was because everywhere else was closing soon. While we were there one of the workers proceeded to lock the front door leaving only ONE of the side doors unlocked. There was still 20 minutes left before they closed and plenty of people still inside. BIG fire hazard and was very tempted to call the local fire chief but just left before anything else disappointed me. I would highly suggest if anyone knows the owner to this location that he/she be aware of what’s going on in their store. I love ice cream and have been to multiple Marble Slabs but I will probably never go to this location again. Very disappointing.
