If I could give this no stars I would. The lady working the first window I’m assuming is the “manager” is very rude. She got our order wrong not once but twice. Honestly all these McDonald’s have false advertising on their screens especially when it comes to the ice cream or anything dealing with a shake , just because the “workers” are too lazy to clean the machine out. Corporate needs to do better & check on all their McDonald’s in Columbia !
Employee overcharged me for something I order often so I know exactly how much it's costs. I asked her why and she states that had charged me in an incorrect way, so I asked her to fix it. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and yell to whoever needed to remove it somewhere else in the restaurant so I drove off. I've worked in restaurants for 18 years so I get it, but idk when everyone decided it's ok to be so rude all the time.. the burger king had some great food and nicer people.
I went to the Deckar Blvd location. I went through the drive through. I only went to this location due to have court near by. My sausage egg McMuffin was barely warm. My sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. The service was great at both windows.Food: 3/5
Drove through at 10:15 tonight and the entire lazy, sorry crew is sitting in the lobby. They shut the place down an hour early because they are incompetent. The other day I went through the drive through and tell me through the intercom that I need to come inside to order. Another deterrent so they, again, do not have to work. Absolute worst McDonald's. This happens all the time. Why is this McDonald's paying the night crew the extra hour if they are already shut down ad they are losing money. I wasn't the only one there.
Subpar, even for mcdonalds standards. Inside closed with no sign, just get stared at when you knock. Left the drive through after waiting 15 minutes with no movement in the line. To put it simple, avoid this one.
Today 1/25/23 I order 3 plain sandwiches, NO spicy, I repeated twice, when I got home I realized all of the sandwiches were SPICY. ——————/- They kept me waiting 10 minutes and I was the only one. I heard them laughing. ————— 3/29/2021 They say they close at 11 pm, but nobody was there at 9:40 pm.
I have currently been waiting in line for 20 minutes. The person came on the speaker and said, "hold on, we short staffed." And took the people beside me order before mine. No one ever came back to the speaker.
I went through the drive-through window a truck in front of me order a big order I waiter 15 minutes for my order no reason why they didn't have that truck to pull up to 1 park 1 & continue on the drive-through line it was backed up 5 cars deep Lot of cars got out of the line and came around and was blowing the horn. At the window only 1 girl is working the rest look like was packing food getting ready to go home something. SHE NEED HELP!!!! I will never visit this McDonald' AGAIN. DATE 090822 TIME 4:12.
I went to get the BTS meal and I found a gum wrapper in my chicken nuggets. I cannot describe how disgusted I am and I'm really concerned for my health right now? What kind of place is being run where a gum wrapper would end up at the bottom of my box of nuggets? Disgusting. Absolutely terrible. Please do not go here. For your own sake.
Absolute worst drive thru. Employees inside laughing and joking and all on cell phones. My order sat on counter a full 10 minutes before it was handed to me. And the order was not correct. Will call corporate on this site. Also I do not like long braided hair hanging in my food. Unsanitary
