Excellent as always! Courteous staff and my order was perfect! I may have even gotten a little more chicken than normal on my salad which was a nice surprise!

I’m a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A and the customer service at this particular location is always wonderful. I frequent this location a lot to the point where many of the employees know me by name lol. Chick-Fil-A is definitely my go to. However I am extremely disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. Every single time I order from this location whether I pick up the order myself or have it delivered, the fries are never full. I've ordered from other Chick-fil-A locations in Columbia and I never have this problem. It's just this one location and I do not understand why they never fill the fry container up. I don’t expect the fries to be overflowing but I also do not expect the fries to be halfway full and the top of the fry container stuffed with napkins. I ordered two large fries as part of a family meal and was able to put both of the fries in ONE of the large fries container. Every time I complain about this issue it reaches the management at this particular Decker Blvd location and they do apologize for the inconvenience but they still continue to fill the fries up halfway every time I order from them. I've complained about this exact issue numerous times and it continues to happen and I don’t understand why this is such a reoccurring issue. I’m not the type of person to leave negative feedback but I would just like to see this location work on this issue.

First time having the mac n cheese and OMG it was delicious! Paired it with a side kale crunch salad for the perfect lunch.

Two stars because of the food and service. Like another review left said, if you're trying to turn off of decker into this location from the side of the road opposite of it at any time remotely close to lunch.... prepare to sit for an extended period of time unless you happen to catch a gap/good samaritan let's you in. I sat and waited for 20 minutes while cars from the same side of the road funneled right in and the issue is caused by the "express lane." Folks just trying to go and pick up lunch are using 1 lane and it's not enough. Figure it out management!

Just gave out food without listening to our special orders, really disappointing. Asked for no pickles in their chicken sandwich and Mac n cheese instead of fries, and they didn't listen to either of those requests. Wouldn't come back here again.

I wanted to give them 5 stars so bad because the service is excellent. You added this mobile drive thru and that took away the second lane. The traffic in the street now both ways trying to get in. The mobile lane doesn’t be full at all and I go 3 to 4 times a week getting a cob during and after rush hours. Management need to fix this asap you losing money!

Picked up a large Chick-fil-A nugget tray. I didn't call ahead but they had them to me in 15 minutes. My coworkers and I loved them! Chick-fil-A ROCKS!

Has Chic fil A changed their greeting from "My Pleasure" to "Have a Blessed Day" - I have experienced this a lot lately - today I inquired - I was told "that's just what we say here". I really miss the "My Pleasure".
