Pizza Hut

Most recently, I ordered delivery for a medium pan pizza costs extra, a medium thin, cheese sticks, and cinnamon rolls. The pan pizza was made on classic hand-tossed, as was the thin crust. The rest of the order was fine. Historically, I haven't even been able to get delivery from this store, due to staffing issues. I was excited that the option was available last night, although it seems to be due to a partnership with DoorDash. But it came quickly and the fee was the same for me, so I can't complain. In the past, I've had to drive out to pick up my pizza. And when I do, it has been consistent enough to rely upon that the food will be ready between 30-60min later than the time specified when ordering. I don't really mind having to drive out, but even at slow times, it seemed they weren't even beginning to make the order until I showed up to pick it up. The one thing I learned from this was not to order a 2-liter soda from them for pick up. With all the time it takes waiting, you can just go to the Winn-Dixie across the street and get the soda at shelf-price, which is at worst about half of Pizza Hut's menu price.

Great Customer Service and food was fresh and hot!

The pizzas were hot, fresh,& tasted great. Every time I get pizza from this location they knock it to the nickel seats!

Great job at the Shops on Montevallo location in Birmingham. Large order was placed right when they opened and it was ready when I arrived, hot, made perfectly and tasted delicious!!

Like really? Took over an hour for delivery when I was told 25 minutes. Food was warm almost cold, and the pizza didn't taste right. I wouldn't order here if I was you.

Great fast service very nice staff

Pizza WAS dru and stale. When called I was told it would be replaced. When I call back to order pizza, girl was rude and hung up on me. Went in to order pizza, Same girl Was still rude . I said the pizza place next door or is your competition. She said it's Pizza Hut's competition not man. Then Then said I could go next door to papa John's if I Wanted. I then told her I just wanted to see who hung up on me Even though I was about to order another pizza. But after the conversation I changed my mind.

Really enjoyed the Meat Lover Pizza Melts!

The employees does not care about customers. My pizza was disgusting. It was burned outside and inside, cheese was messy, not neat, tasted like burned cheese toast. I was ignored when I drove up to the pickup window. The employee just looked at me and turned her head. After 3 minutes, a younger employee waited on me, working her way around the older female employee who was on the phone without a care. I will never go back to this place. Everytime I order a pizza, it's burned, hard, half done and awful tasting like it was made yesterday. Terrible customer service with sarcasm. This review is zero stars not one.
