Pizza Hut

Very bad experience! Ordered picked up pizza drove home which is out of town and looked at the pizzas and 2 of the pizzas crust were bunted, one was to have extra cheese, it looked like it didn't have any cheese on it at all The pizza melt was flat, hardy anything in it. The only thing that was good was the cheese bread. We also ordered 8 boneless wings and did not get them. We live out of town and my son picked it up so he did not took at it or the whole order when he left. Our total bill was $72.44 plus tax. I have photos of everything but cant find a place to send them to. I am calling the corporate office tomorrow and letting them know and see if I could sent them the photos of the pizzas

Always amazing food still leftover stuffed crust to eat

Place was a little backed up but there’s a guy there sorry didn’t catch his name that’s been super friendly every time I’ve been there. He deserves to be applauded because friendly, excellent customer service is such a rarity these days. Nice work man, I’m going to get your name next time!

Food was good but their prices are a Bit Pricey! $21.50 for 12 traditional honey BBQ wings. No dipping sauce included. And We picked up the order.

The order arrived in a timely matter. The pizza was hot & the crust was crispy & not soggy at all. Everything was very tasty.

Get my order right. I initially ordered 2 single serve pan pizzas and 2 orders of wings online. When I went in to pick up, only the wings were ready. They had no knowledge of the pizzas. They made a medium and large at that point and I had to wait. Only the one pizza was the wrong pizza. Should have been backyard BBQ, but instead of BBQ, they put marinara on the pizza. It was not good at all.

My little sister was having a tough day, so we treated her to some pizza hut. Everything was quickly delivered and delicious--except the hot wings! It seems like they were either forgotten or left at the store. Luckily, the delivery driver went 20 minutes out of his way to double back and pick them up. I'm sad that I didn't get his name! It was the most considerate customer service experience I've had in a long time. I wish I had thought to tip him extra. Thanks, mystery driver, for making my sister's day.

I called the store near 75th and Pacific to complain about my order. They kept hanging up the phone on me. When I did get somebodyfinally I was on hold for 38 minutes one time. The next time I was on hold for 17 minutes. Both times I was once again hung up on. I was trying to contact them from 3:05 pm to 4:47 pm on 1/8/22. As far as my order goes, I ordered cheese sticks that came with little cheese on the bread and the cheese was burnt. My pizza was suppose to be a chicken pizza. There was hardly any cheese on it and barely any chicken. When I finally got to speak with the manager, she stated that my order was the way it is suppose to come. I told her I had ordered practically the same thing the day before1/7/22 and I had no problems and the food was perfect. She did not offer to fix or credit me the part that was messed up. I will never order from this location again until they can serve the public better and fix their mess ups.

Excellent customer service - food is always hot and what I ordered.

I gave this location to multiple chances redeem themselves but they don't seem to improve. For some unknown reason they manage to screwup my pizza. This will be the last time I will ever order from this location.
