Wingstop

They just don’t care very much about this location. 15-20 minute ticket time at lunch. The place was not crowded with no more than 8 people in the dining room. It’s fries and chicken wings. How long can it possibly take? The staff is friendly. The place is not very clean or organized with the dining room being used for storage. The men’s restroom is still closed for maintenance which it was the last time I was there more than a month ago. The food is great though. The bone-in chicken wings are awesome. Cooked perfectly, good chicken, and served hot. I do not think anyone makes a better hot, Buffalo sauce. Bold flavor but not too spicy where your eyes are burning and your lips are numb. The cheese fries were good as well and the prices are reasonable. I would love to give this place a higher rating because I have been going to Wing Stop for more than a decade for wings but I cannot fathom how it is acceptable to have such unnecessarily long ticket times at lunch and not to keep your restaurant clean and organized.

The food was horrible my first time here at wing stop, the corn and fries what ever signature season y'all put on there stop! I Love chicken wings and this is not it, I couldn't even finish my meal that how nasty it is, I had meal for 2. I should of look at the reviews but I'm convinced people hype this place up so you can waste your money like they did. I only was able to eat 3 wings please don't waste your time or money!!

I’ve been here a few times and every time I go it seems to get worse and worse. I used to go to the Millard location and then I saw a co-worker being sexist and hostile towards his co-workers. So I tried this location. And it was more of the same hostile atmosphere and poor customer service. This franchise has gone down hill more and more. Wings are a competitive business in Omaha. I know plenty of other places I can get my wing fix at and I do not plan to return.

It seems to me that the people working here don't want jobs anymore. Keep hearing about people being gaslit and told they're liars when they go to pickup orders and there are missing items that they PAID for. 75 wings for $120, you better give me ALL of what I paid for. When they bring it up they're being told that they're lying. This coming from the manager who works there, saying this to people. Seems to me like you don't want jobs anymore. Seems to me like, you don't deserve the job you have. They'll understand one day when enough people push them out or close that location. Then they'll get it. Or not. You can't help narcissists. They are unhelpable

Horrible customer service after I called on a mistake they may on my order. Asked for dry rub wings were wet! And lemon pepper was not done! Spoke to Steven he said he was the manager at the moment, I sure hope this is not his permanent position, he was far less than accommodating. We had to drive food all the way back to get order corrected. I will not be using this store again, never a good experience. I will be taking this all the way up corporate, they need to know about service here

The service is absolutely horrible. I did dine in and take out. I am NEVER recommending anybody to come to a Wingstop to eat. The fries are always nasty and cold. My food was cold. The chicken wasn't cleaned before cooking it, it still had feathers on it. Who eats fried feathers? The only good thing to consume is the soda, sauces and the raw veggies. If you need napkins to wipe your hands you have to use a paper towel roll that every person dining in, or does take out, hands touches. The men's bathroom is still out of order from several months ago. They're so focused on getting doordash orders out, that they forget about the people that are dining in who are waiting for their food. I ordered one sandwich at 6:22 p.m. I did not get that sandwich until 7:00 because doordash orders were being completed. There's boxes of products that are stacked and stored near the soda machine. They don't refund your money if an order is messed up. They make you buy the correct meal if you still want it.

Forgot 25 of my 75 wings than blamed me and said I was actually lying about it and got the food I insisted I did not. This was a $120 order and I have been a customer for years. The manager was disrespectful and the GM was just as bad. A huge embarrassment and they lost a good customerFood: 3/5

No customer service. Waited 15 minutes to place an order due to the man at register carrying on a conversation and joking with 2 of his friends while blatantly ignoring the line. 2 non workers walked into the store and went straight behind the counter to the kitchen area and conversed with the staff while I was continuously ignored. Store is dirty. Pieces of meat were seen on the floor, along with cup lids and straws. Will not be coming here ever again.

We had wings, french fries, and Cajun Fried Corn for dinner and they were fresh, hot, and delicious. I wished they provide napkins on the table instead of roll napkin next to the cash register where you need to tear the napkins yourself and bring them to your table. By the way, they don’t provide water. We had to purchase our own water bottles $0.44 for a bottle of Dasani.

Terrible service. A so call "Allen" manager does not know any social skills- not friendly at all and did not fix my problem- door dash delievered the food late and forgot the fries. We called wingstop store and Allen was rude and said it was a third party issue and that we had to come pick up the order ourselves. Way to handle it! Now we have cold food-paid extra for delivery and just a waste of time. This place is trash.
