Pizzeria Rustica

My wife and I vacation in Colorado, visiting from Texas this week and decided to give this restaurant a try since it had positive ratings. We were not disappointed at all. We were in Italy last year, and so far, this is the closest we have gotten to experiencing those flavors again. Everything from the appetizer, main course and dessert were wonderful! The interior also brought us back to Italy. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough! If you are in the area, please stop by and give them a try. They also have outdoor seating in the back.

Fabulous! The pizza they serve here is so authentic! The ingredients are fresh and the balance of flavors are spot on. The best part is that they use Italian flour! If you have any issues with gluten sensitivity, or American wheat, you need to give Italian flour a try. I can no longer eat pizza made with American flour, but have no problem with Italian. It's non-GMO , its grown like wheat is supposed to be grown, like we did decades ago. Another great thing about this restaurant is that it is rated as one of the top green restaurants in the world. Pretty cool. The staff was nice, the food came out in a timely manner. Happy family!

I lived in Europe for many years and over time developed a taste for real Italian cuisine and pizzas. These days eating an American style pizza seems like eating a basketball. That is why I was glad to find Pizzeria Rustica where they make them very much like the Old Country. Love it!!

Friendly service, authentic Neapolitan style pizza, and delicious wine and sorbet! If you are traveling with little ones, they will love drawing with crayons on the paper table covers. Restroom is roomy and very clean. Be aware that the cleaning materials in the restroom are in easy reach for little ones, and there is no changing table.

If you and your date are hoping to try a new place for dinner this time, look no further. The experience of dining here is certainly romantic. The pizza is delicious, there are vegan and vegetarian options. Absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable staff as well!
