The crust is fantastic. Pizzas range from simple Margherita to more complex assortment of toppings. Salads are bountiful. Pizzas are around 10-12in so it's possible with small appetites to share a pizza and a salad. If you're really hungry you can easily take down one whole pie. Overall this place is great for a pizza date.
We like getting lunch here and I like the pizza deal especially. You get 1 pizza, 1 small salad and a soup for $10 WHAT A STEAL!!. My favorite is their soup I don't remember the name but it's the first soup on the soup menu starts with an S. Overall good experience. The staff are usually very sweet and attentive too which always help with the experience.
This pizza was actually really good. Driving up to the place I was a little discouraged and thought it was going to be one of those bougie pizza places. When I walked in a lady got my order and it actually was a really good pizza. The pepperonis were nice and crisp and the dough was nice and thin.
Amazing little Gem! If you are a thin crust pizza lover then this is your spot! Also their mussels are amazing as well! Red or White sauce yum yum and yummy. They have Special price on Mondays! When you enter or look from Outside it seems to be closed but it is not!
Pepperoni pizza was excellent. The Margherita pizza was good, but did not expect the tomato sauce. Usually this pizza will have tomato slices. Cheese and pizza dough are right on. It's a bit noisy at times.Food: 4/5
Just go! Get in the car and go. Pick it up, eat there do whatever. We were in town for the weekend and let me tell you - amazing! I'm a huge foodie and just loved it - the homemade noodles, the pizza, meatballs, and dessert. The butterscotch was mind blowing. Can't tell you enough how great it was, just so sad we had to leave the next day we would have eaten there again. Its a little small but makes it charming and the wine bar looked great but I was driving.
Marcel was very welcoming, I got to grab lunch here the other day and he was awesome. Kept a great conversation I felt like I’ve known him for years. I also met Carmen that has worked here since they opened 12 years ago, I got explained the back ground of the restaurant and shown how they make the wood fire pizzas. Carmen wanted to make sure I enjoyed my food and marcel wanted to make sure I enjoyed my visit. Hands down this was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back on 1/2 off wine night with my husband.
Great pizza, nice small/cozy place. Perhaps understaffed but whoever is manning the tables gets the job done. The crust is fantastic and their sauce has the perfect balance of sweet/savory. My personal favorite is the Fungo.Food: 5/5
This is my boyfriend and I's new favorite pizza place in Houston. And top 5 pizza places ever. It's real brick oven pizza and the white sause pizzas they have are amazing. And love the atmosphere! We love to sit on the patio on nice nights.
We used to eat here pretty regularly and moved out of the city about three years ago. Decided to make the trip back in tonight just to eat here and left disappointed. The service was extremely poor and there were bugs in our water and Parmesan shaker, probably because they leave the door open all night. We ordered all the same dishes we used to enjoy, and they were just not good unfortunately. Wondering if they are under new management.
