I can never complain about Pleasants Hardware they always seem to have the little port or little tool that the bigger stores don't have. Also 99% of the stuff they sell is quality product. I would say 100% but nothing is perfect

Probably the last of the small hardware stores in the Richmond area . There is a few of the veteran workers from the broad st. Store that closed down that moved to this one . Glad to see that knowledge sticking around . I enjoy going in to buy what I can . They don’t have everything but they have a good deal. I try to go here first before Lowe’s or Home Depot

Really friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff, and a great selection of products at great prices. AND I got a free bag of fresh popcorn on my way out, it doesn't get much better than this.
