Pleasants Hardware

I have always found Pleasants to be a wonderful place to shop and support a truly local hardware store. Jim and Tom as well as many others who work there do a great job in trying to help you find what you need. They are not afraid to send you elsewhere if they cannot help. Not a fan of big box stores, so I always go there first.

I don't usually go higher than 4 stars, but Pleasants is an exception. I always get great customer service. If you need advice on a piece of lawn equipment talk to Jack Mitchell, very knowledgeable young man who has helped steer me to which piece of equipment is right for my needs. You don't find businesses like this much anymore which is a shame.

I don't want to there anymore.there cashier service was very terrible . I have waited for a long time without any other guests. He also said bed work when I left .Than I return the order back.

Had a horrible experience with this store. Came in to buy some paint supplies and use a restroom. Went to the back and the two guys that were working there seemed annoyed when I asked where the restroom was. Went to the front and the guy up front said we don't offer a restroom to customers. Since when does a hardware store not offer this? Ridiculous. I've learned my lesson, I'll just use Home Depot and Lowe's for now on.
