PNC Bank

If I could give 0 stars I would. Can't do anything inside and the ATM is never accepting cash. Find a better bank that actually wants to be a bank!

You cannot withdraw from the teller at this branch. You can only do a cash withdrawal up to the atm limit. Terrible.

I've had the same checking account since 96. Went from Citizens National to PNC. This location no longer disburses cash in quantities over $1500 ATM only. This is becoming more common at PNC's and not having 100% access to your checking account/cash is causing concern for me. For the first time since 1996, I'm considering changing dropping PNC and all my accounts. It's a shame.

I visit this bank often to make deposits or speak with the bank representatives to learn more about how to manage my money. Generally, all of the representatives I've encountered thus far at this PNC location have shown me great professionalism and humility. I started a business account and the representative Ife Joshua made the process easy and simple. I'm new to entrepreneurship so I asked a lot of questions. Ife was patient and had a good sense of humor while maintaining the pace of the business so as not to go off track. I respect that she double checked my EIN number to make sure I had given her the right one. She explained the paperwork process and made everything simple. If you in, check out Ife, she'll get the job done for you!

Rarely frequent this location anymore. hasn’t been the same since the original manager McDonald and the girls left . Manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. Makes promises to follow through on concerns and never reaches back out. Business seems to be slow, not sure how location is still open. Every time I come in there’s a wait or their out of cash. And the one young lady in the further back office seems to have an attitude problem. And the white guy doesn’t seem well trained, nice guy but doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing. Overall I will not be returning to this branch, unless cooperate somehow brings the old manager back and get the place back running swiftly as before.

Totally lied to me about transactions. Charged me $7 a day in fees for a mistake they made then told me there is nothing they can do. I left bank America thinking they were bad. I prefer BOA over PNC any day

Beware of this bank, very misleading. There will be hidden fees in the fine print that they do not disclose. I know a lot of people that have had problems here.

I love this place. We stopped in frequently just to say hi to our bankers. They have a Small Town Bank feel while still being a large corporation

Says they are open 10-2. Lies. It’s 10:30 not open. No signs. No nothing. Unprofessional. Unacceptable.

Arrived at 9.30am on a Saturday to a bank that says it’s open at 9.00am and nobody in sight ridiculously bad service from a High St bank.
