She sent me the preapproval letter in under an hour, and my offer was accepted 2 days later. Her team kept me updated through the process and I was never ‘in the dark’ on anything. In under 3 weeks, I’m a new homeowner and so excited! I’ve purchased homes before and this by far was the best experience I have had. Unimpressed with the service. There was a breakdown of communication almost from the beginning internally and as it related to me as the client. Consistently, I experienced delays in response time. I did a finance and HELOC through them. People in the same office interacted as if they were in different countries - the left hand rarely knew what the right hand was doing. Tammy was difficult to get a hold of because her job was to bring in business, I suppose, rather than manage the business. That business model is understandable if the business runs itself. I found the most effort was put into getting my business not keeping my business. I felt abandoned and unvalued.
