I love PNC and have banked with them for years. However, now that I live in S. Philly..there are NO banks or ATMs nearby. I have to go a significant distance to reach a branch. They really need to focus on the area west of Broad and above Oregon Ave.
You have to appreciate how many PNC ATM's and locations there are around the city. One of the many reasons I stay with them
Needed to open a account and deposit a large check got there at 4:55 and they don't close until 6pm and the two people there were leaving went to another pnc bank and they couldn't help me either mind you I'm in a uber doing all of this back and forth customer service was horrible
They don't play
The best friendly and welcoming branch in the states
