Was really sad when this TD Bank branch location was shut down during covid. I miss some of the familiar faces that used to be here nut the new remodeled location is great, and I do a lot of banking and business with TD. Of all the national banks, TD is the most convenient but that convenience often comes with a headache, and that is to blame on the TD Bank computer systems and glitches every now and then.
Worked with Shayla who gave great service with a smile. Great job Shayla. Very dog friendly branch. Everyone looked and acted very professionally. Manager was a bit abrupt.
To the best of my knowledge, the TD BANK at 18th and Walnut Street is the main Philadelphia office and the only full service location that is open to the public. It does not request a lot of prerequisites or any additional forms of identification. Yes, the wait in line can be lengthy. I did not observe any rude employees. I am sure there are many customers who could not tolerate the obnoxious behavior that some customers indulge in ....hour after hour after hour....
Terrible experience. I’m starting a business, and came in with my corporate minute book, etc, to open an account. After an hour of double talk seriously, this woman should go into politics, they finally told me they don’t open accounts for new businesses. You have to be an active business and have customers already before you can open an account here. She said they DO take new businesses, but only ones who are already IN business. That’s not a new business, it’s an existing business!!! Just don’t come here with a business account.
Very helpful employees. I’m an online bank customer who needed a physical bank to cash saving bonds and everyone at TD was very capable and willing to help me.
I have to go there at least 3 times a week. The staff treats me like I work there. I honestly look forward to seeing the crew and they could not be more helpful.
Why do the store say OPEN 7 DAYS when they're only open 6 days a week yall need to change yall name to OPEN 6 DAYS sounds better
It seems like everyone here just tells lies to get you to do what they want. When someone took money out of my account through an ATM they literally had no idea how this could have happened and had to “investigate” before returning my money.
Hit or miss with this place. Most employees have an attitude and mess up more often than not. When you try and tell them they made a mistake.. they become confrontational and are unprofessional with how they handle their clients.
They have water bowls by the ATMs for dogs... That's great.
