Have been working to get a copy of title on an auto loan for weeks now. DMV confirms fax sent twice. PNC states they have never received the faxed request. Now driving on expired out of state tags. The title copy is needed to register in new state. Write down the names of every single person you talk to here as they do not seem to keep notes at all. As soon as I get this issue resolved, am refinancing through a local bank. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Never, ever would I recommend anyone to take a loan with this bank.
I came in to open an account because the online service wasn’t working for me after the teller had dismissively said that I could just do everything online. Couldn’t do it so I returned the next to try and do it in bank, and received zero service. I had checked in on my phone as the sign suggested then still waited over ten minutes to not be helped or even looked at. Honestly this feels like a sign I shouldn’t bank at PNC, because I’m running into issues at every turn. Think I’ll pass.
Guards are rude as hell. They never have more than one person helping and the handicap entrance is locked, so go all the way around to the other one and then all the way across the lobby and hope someone opens the main door because it's heavy.
I came to this PNC to get a new card since my old one was inactive and after standing in line I was told to go to a different PNC without any reasoning behind it the lady with the honey blonde and black braids practically flagged me away it was very rude.
I wish that Pnc wouldn't take so much out of my account and that it effected me with nothing else to do. I hope that the situation gets better soon.
They have a coin depositing machine that accepts 99 coins at one time. If you bring more than 99 coins more than one deposit a PNC representative will treat you like a jerk for potentially "jamming" the coin counter and then explain to you that it "recycles coins" and that the coin counting machine isn't designed to count coins. I made it clear to the representative that I was mindfully making one deposit at a time, and giving the machine time to make each deposit, but she instructed me to cease deposits. I had about 1000 coins and was going to make 10 deposits, slowly, over time. You know, like a civilized human being. But I wasn't treated as such. I left feeling humiliated and ignorant to what purpose their coin machine actually serves. I was treated as though I were an uncivilized ruffian bent on jamming their machine with my change for my own petty amusement. Mind you, I was aware to PNCs claims of not having coin machines. But to have a machine that does just that, but doesn't handle any substantial amount capably seems, contradictory to its policies, as well as irrelevant to its partisans who wish to deposit their change. Directly across the street is a Republic Bank that has a coin machine that happily counts all of your coins at once in seconds, for free and gives your the exact change that the teller. If you wish for hospitality PNC doesn't offer any.
I went to PNC bank in center city to cash a check written by them. I am not a customer so i ask customer service the free to cash my check . The man said $84 and they 2% fee to cash non member checks. The check was lil large it was my settlement check. The customer service guy kept asking to open account i told him there no bank in my area. I was so upset in the fee and the way they treated me he walked away fast i left
called 4 times defeated in all attempts to speak to a human being every time; wasted 20 minutes of my life, and raised my BP for no reason! Did get to listen to some 1950's muszak though! On the fifth time I decided to say I was looking for a loan! The loan officer did help me! Just tell the machine you want a loan no matter what! Thanks PNC!
I think PNC should have better hours like TD bank for people who work
I advise no one deal with their ATM's if you're looking at a balance. They charged me 1.50 per balance inquiry after I deposited my money into it.
