Coming from cleveland I have never had the kind of care I received at this institution. This visit I had is an example of what Healthcare is supposed to be like. I applaud everyone working at the emergency room and thank them for the care.

My husband and I were very impressed with the thorough and expediant care he received yesterday from the ER staff for his dislocated shoulder.

Seen in ER for hand injury wound with an AXE. The care I received from the nurses & physician on duty was excellent. The care & compassion they showed us was the highest level of excellency in healthcare.  We were so thankful that they were for us.

I felt that I had to write this review after reading the review from "GoggleUser" .  Over the past few years, I have been admitted to PMH three times and visited the ER at least three times with respiratory issues and one accident with a grinder.  I was always treated professionally and with respect by the Nurses, Doctors and Techs.  Never, ever, treated rudely.  The medical treatment I received was exceptional.  The food was good also.  My guess was that "GoogleUser" got what he gave.  We are lucky to have this hospital and its' caring professionals
