PODS

The pod idea itself is great. You can pull right up to the pod and load or unload it. The facility in Vegas was great. We could not find anyone in the facility in Nashville. So we just unloaded the pod and left. The 800 customer service line needs some work. When I called to see when the pod would be there, the person on the phone kept trying to get my credit card number. I told him I didn't need to extend it and he didn't need my credit card. Then when we are trying to close out the Pod account, the person on the phone spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to close the account. Some of the customer service operators might need to be retrained.

We had an excellent experience using PODS. When we got ready to load up our belongings in Lexington, KY, we used 2 of the large PODS. They were delivered right on time and placed right were we wanted them (in terrible weather I might add.) They were stored at the Lexington store for a couple of months and then delivered to the Nashville store and brought to us when we were ready for them. PODS were just what we needed for our move and we loved how easy they were to load because they sit right on the ground. We felt that the price was quite reasonable and we were very pleased with the service.

As hard as moving is, PODS made my move so much easier with the service they deliver. I was moving 1400 miles away for my new position and had not found a place to live yet. Thanks to PODS, I was able to retain all of my belongings in their POD until I found my new home. Thank you, for being you, PODS.
