Beverley & Chris were awesome!!! It has rained all day and they still managed to do their job and very professional. They took great care of my things and let me know when something could possibly happen so I was aware. I would give them 10 stars but it will only let me do 5. They are a great team and work phenomenally together. Thanks for all of your help!!!

I have referred many people to FOX Moving and Storage before I actually used them. They are a customer of mine and I saw how the owner interacted with the group and the caliber of people he hired and retained. I knew this was a well run, well organized operation. I spoke with many of the 'guy's' that worked there and they were all 'first class & knowledgeable' individuals who genuinely enjoy working there.
John and Whitt kept me well advised of their arrival time, were hard working 'no nonsense' young men, got the job done and were pleasant people to deal with. Big moves or small one's....these are the guy's in Nashville!!!

Beverlee and Chris exceeded my expectations today. This was my first experience using professional movers and it has been so smooth! Communication up to the move has been great. They had a short delay this morning getting to my house due to traffic, they called and let me know. When they first got to the house, they talked me through the paperwork, I showed them everything in the house that needed to go, and they got to it! No time wasted with this team. I would not hesitate to use Fox and request Beverlee and Chris as my moving team in the future. Thank you both!

THE ONE STAR IS ONLY BECAUSE OF THE TWO MOVERS (Joseph & Kemo) THAT FINALLY DID SHOW UP 6, YES 6 HOURS LATE!!! WERE POLITE AND WORKED but they were VERY TIRED because they had already put in a 10 hour day of moving! Please read the full story below to see how poorly ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THE JOB WERE CARRIED OUT!!! A TOTAL FIASCO…WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
*Called on May 21 to set-up a move with Fox --set the moving date for May 29--ample time to get on their books and get everything arranged on their end. Our move was simply in the Nashville area @15 miles apart. Arrival time was set for 1:00-3:00 P.M. At 3:00 P.M. when no one had showed up, we called & all dispatch had to say (& rudely) was that we would receive a call when the movers were 30 minutes out. Around 5:00 P.M. called dispatch again, & again rudely was told we would get a call--with no explanation for the lateness. At that point I sent an email to the person who I had arranged the move—Jon Hartsfield, about the situation--NO RESPONSE. Called again and actually spoke with Jon, he was apologetic but had no solution but did say they would be there TODAY. At 7:15 P.M. Joseph arrived in his own vehicle saying the truck is on its way. At 8:00 P.M. still no moving truck—received a call from Dallas the driver and he was searching for our DESTINATION address—the moving truck had gone to the WRONG address first. Another email to Jon—NO RESPONSE. At 9:00 P.M. the moving truck pulls in—6 HOURS LATER THAN ARRIVAL WINDOW- & yes, it was 9 o’clock at night when the moving could actually begin!
There were two others there AT FIRST but they left leaving only the two movers mentioned above to move our items at this late hour. We had to go over paperwork with Joseph and we refused to sign due to the lateness of their arrival, wanting some type of compensation. He called his direct boss, Charles, and all he could do was discount 10 percent of the total cost & tell us if did not sign the paperwork they would leave without moving my items. I had no choice—I reluctantly signed—FRUSTRATED AND WORN OUT FROM THE WAITING AND LACK OF EXPLANATION. Our movers were surprised they were called for this job because of the assigned arrival time and the lateness, and them having already worked a 10 hour day!
The two movers began loading our 2 bedroom, living room, patio set, washer/dryer, and of course boxes. It took quite a bit longer than if we had a fresh crew!! Two and one-half hours later-@11:30 P.M. all was loaded and on its way to our destination. Once arrived at our new home, and waking up neighbors with the loud truck around midnight—the unloading began. WE ACTUALLY HELPED CARRY ITEMS OFF THE TRUCK TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS!!! WHICH WE SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DO!!!!!
Around 1:45 A.M. (now it is May 30) they were pulling out of our driveway—charging a $500 fee for a 6 hour late arrival and my family doing a big part of the work unloading—something is definitely wrong with this outcome!!!
BOTTOM LINE--DO NOT USE FOX MOVING! Hopefully bosses Ron & Alex will see this review because they will be getting a call from us as well.

Beverlee & Chris worked quickly, carefully, and professionally. There was a error made at time of billing and I honestly was going to let it slide didn't want the hassle of dealing with it (moving is stressful enough)but the office asked for me to submit my feedback and I finally did and the error was corrected immediately with no hassle at all and I will be receiving a refund. It has been nearly a month since I moved and I must say I am definitely impressed by this company's integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend using them.
