Guardian Moving Systems Of Nashville

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The relocation consultant is non responsive and doesn’t seem to have it together. The parent company, Mayflower, was nice in terms of communication and doing their part of the scheduling BUT once they passed it over to Gurdian, the quality went down hill fast.

The loaders were professional and quick however whoever reloaded the truck was not. So if you want your stuff tossed into a truck with fragile stuff on the bottom then yes this is your company. Almost half of my boxes were crushed. Rubber totes were crushed and now bent out of shape. Even a heavy duty plastic truck box was bent. Those were brand new moving boxes that were destroyed on this one move. Update 9/15 A lot of email confustion but a phone call from Audrey from the claims department sorted things out nicely. Keep up the good work Audrey!
