U-Haul Moving & Storage at Mt Juliet

Highly recommend doing business here. I rent vehicles from here, I have used their storage and I have my LP tanks for the grill filled here. They also sold me a trailer hit. I was very thankful that they are open on Sunday too. Great hours when you need them. Easy return if you are renting. The staff is always helpful. Again, I highly recommend.

Online rental was a breeze which made the check in process inside so much easier. Called ahead and asked to bump up my reservation an hour early and they accommodated. Walked in and they verified my information and went and got in my truck all within about 15 minutes. Great customer service.

Just went for moving supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap, etc. Service was great. Prices were reasonable for what you get and the convenience of a small store.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reserved a car dolly online for the Suggs Creek location on Stewart's Ferry on Thursday for 8:00 A.M. Was given a confirmation number in a follow-up email. Friday afternoon was sent an email to check in online to reduce wait time. Friday night after work I did the online check in. The confirmation was the same. Suggs Creek 8:00 A.M. pick up and drop off at the same location. When I hit the Submit button the time and location changed to the Old Hickory location at 9:00 A.M. So I had to now pick up on the other side of town instead of a mile from home and an hour later eating up more of my busy day. When I get there I was not greeted. No Hello or someone will be right with you. Not even eye contact. Another customer simply said Excuses me. I have a question. No response from the staff. The man then said I just need to know where the propane tank is. Nothing from the staff. The man left. I waited 22 minutes only to get, "Next!" , from the man at the counter. I handed him my reservation paper and told him what had happened with the online check in and that I will be returning at the prerequsted Suggs Creek location. He said that will be an extra $25.00, fifty percent of my rental bill. I said no that was a rip off. He then then told me that my truck was not big enough. I have been hauling cars and pulling 14' trailers with that truck for 30 years with no problems. I took my business elsewhere. Uhaul wasted half of my day. They are MORONS.
