Shot out to Mike @ Uhaul! They were a huge help when we needed them and they came through. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent trailers or moving trucks. Could not have asked for more. Sincerely, Crazy New Yorkers

The manager Brandon Jones is rude. We politely asked him to move two of the uhaul vehicles to access my sister's storage unit and no one even came to move the vehicles. When asked a second time, he said he would personally move the van and truck. He never did. This was not a busy work place the whole time we were there. He was rude and unapologetic. Can't wait to get all of my sister's stuff moved and never deal with this location again.

I placed a moving supply order online and then went to the store to pick it up. I waited several hours before going to pick my items up though it was a same day pickup. Once I got there they had to print my order and collect each item. Other than that, it was a great experience. They were as quick as possible and loaded my car for me. Very nice. If it had been ready when I arrived, it would have been 5 stars.

The older guy is a little weird, didn't understand online reservations' booking... I reserved online, went in, placed ID's on counter, stated my name and reservation number and he became upset after I questioned why he was asking me all the info again IN my reservation, another guy came and took over completion and everything was basically smooth after that.

Unpleasant transaction, weird drop off afterward too. The trailer worked out just fine though.
