PODS

The company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever interacted with in my life. They lack the faintest hint of integrity and are wholly unprofessional. Do not ever do business with this company, you will regret it. If I could give zero stars I would. I emptied my pod at the end of summer 2017 and subsequently requested my account be closed; I had paid all my bills in full and had zero balance at the time of my request. Their representatives promised me on multiple separate occasions I would receive confirmation of my account closing via email. Then after my request to close the account, the company began sending me past-due balance notifications. I then followed up with their customer service multiple times and received similar promises that I would receive confirmation of my account closed status. Every promise made to by their representatives was broken. It was not until four months had passed that I was able to talk to one helpful person. She was able to send the confirmation I requested and finally after four months I received an email confirmation stating the account had been closed.

We contracted for two PODS containers after our home was flooded by Hurricane Irene. We placed our orders using their website, which clearly explains costs and terms and which is easy to use. The PODS arrived when promised and were picked up when promised. The containers themselves arrived clean, and they effectively protected our belongings over a span of four seasons. On the few occasions we had to speak with a PODS representative by phone, we were treated courteously and professionally, and our questions were answered by knowledgeable staff. Drivers were exceptionally courteous, too. Recommend PODS highly.

They give you a price to move it from north to south an then they just keep taken money out of you. For this an that an DONT STOP JUST TELL YOU THEY WELL HAVE BILLING CALL YOU AN THEY NEVER DO. STAY AWAY FROM THEM pack rat was the way togo
