Fast casual, custom poke bowls. Build your own Poke bowls. Sushi, meat, and vegetarian options. Open for lunch Monday through Friday.

Story

Poke is a Hawaiian dish meaning chunked and
marinated fish. That is the inspiration for our custom bowls.
You choose every ingredient that goes into your bowl. Start with rice or lettuce, then add vegetables, protein choices of sushi grade fish, steak, chicken, or tofu, toppings, and our homemade sauces.

We are proud to be Louisville’s first Poke restaurant!

Goddam I wish I would have found this place way sooner than I did. Delicious. Get their house dressing it's so good. It's like a deconstructed sushi roll that you pick all the ingredients and they put it in a bowl. Did I mention it's DELICIOUS???
One of the best rice that I had in my life and we all know that the quality of the rice is one of the most important things! All the ingredients were fresh and the staff was very helpful and friendly, the service was fast and we all enjoying our meal!

Been driving by this place for a year and finally tried it.. Loved it.. Had the ahi poke bowl, I could have eaten 2 of them.. If you enjoy Asian food, try this place.
I love poke bowls and this place has pretty much anything you would want on them. I love the smoked salmon. I get a lot of different stuff on it depending how I feel, but I highly recommend adding mango and/or seaweed salad for interesting flavor and textures.
Very fresh tasting. It's nice to have a Poke bowl option around here!

Love this gem! SO happy to have a healthy restaurant option in Louisville. Also, the guy making our delicious bowls was awesome and friendly, and helped me choose whole30 conscious ingredients. Stop by because you’ll be glad you did!
