Great place to shop. The staff there was not only friendly, they were very helpful. It was their assistance that pointed me in the right direction to recieve the most savings for what I bought. Thank you!

This used to be a great store. Recently they changed exchange policies though and this caused me to have a terrible experience with the management. My elderly grandparents got me a gift at another Polo outlet (in Delaware) and it was the wrong size. I took it in the store here in Hagerstown, tags were attached and the garment unworn. Well, since my grandparents do all of their Christmas shopping there every year, I assumed a simple exchange would be no problem. WRONG! The management was extremely rude to me, but informed me that six months ago they changed their exchange policy. They did nothing to help me so I had to bother my grandmother and mail her back the garment so she could exchange it back in DE. Really embarrassing and inconveniencing! Their clothing has been steadily going down in quality and style while their prices steadily go up so, I'm not a huge fan of any of the Polo Ralf Lauren outlets anymore anyway!
