Gap Outlet

You can find some great deals in some stores as they are factory outlets. Not a lot of good food options but a great place to shop and hang out in the evenings. Very close proximity to I270.

I was there to exchange sizes, I had bought some things a few months ago past the 90 days policy. Never had worn the merchandise, and original receipt. So I was given 1.97 for a pair of pants I originally paid $30 for. I've had my credit card since 2004. I actually worked for Gap before for any years and we were taught to help the customer and value the customer. So for a prize difference of $28, you are losing a customer and addition to that I was going to buy about $200 in additional merchandise. Side note: my wife said to me while waiting "I guess many things change since you worked here and a employee said yes a lot has changed".... I guess customer service changed in the company....
