I see a lot of comments about how rude the staff was, but that was not the experience I had. I was helped by a cute blonde and michelle (I remembered her name because it’s my name) and they both were super helpful. I was actually going to leave when they told me about the sale that was going on then helped me decide between two purses and helped me find a wallet to match. We were in the middle of my transaction when I asked about watches. Michelle was more than happy to pause and show them to me, but also was super nice even though I decided to wait on a watch. I will for sure be going back.

I shop for purses twice a year my wife's birthday and Christmas I've been doing this for the last 11 years this is the first time I've walked into a Michael Kors store.  I will never return I went to the store in Columbia Mall and Arundel Mills both store associates we're rude and unwilling to help.
Back to coach and Kate Spade for me.

Very helpful. Prices  were good but they take the price off the tags so you have to ask for the price. A lil bit annoying, I do like to shop with out asking for a price. They tried to sell me everything when I’m trying to buy a bag. That’s not a bad thing.
