Sears Outlet

Awesome customer service! Ashley &Tiffany took their time and gave fantastic explanation in regards to the extended warranty services . But most importantly they were able to get me a delivery date within 72 hours. Would definitely shop there again!

8 am actually at the store now. I walked around for more than ten minutes and haven't been greeted by a single employee. No one asked if they could help me. Very poor customer service. The sad thing is I saw somethings I am interested in but won't buy because of the lack of service, nor will I ever waste the 30 min drive here again.

Very convenient on York Rd. north of Towson. The Selection is great on appliances, everything else is hit or miss. "So you better buy it if you see it." The prices are good on some things and great on others. Do your homework and don't impulse buy. You might regret it.😂

Good selection, good price, easy to buy. Most of the merchandise is discounted hugely because of a scratch or ding. When we had an issue (our sizing mistake), they were okay with return and exchange. Need to have some knowledge of what you want before going, study Consumer Report or other source.

Sears and sears outlet stores are always a great place to shop for a bargain! From clothes to mattresses to refrigerators and I have even purchased a deep freezer for meats from the sears outlet! Great price and it’s still going strong 10+years!
