Worst store you can ever go to. They are rude and useless. They act like you're bugging them to do their job. No wonder sears is losing business and will soon be closing. Its because of Employees like these. They don't want to work.. extremely lazy!!!!! Close the store and bring something with better personnel

The best appliance shopping experience ever. Got a great deal on a new Refrigerator, Stove and Dishwasher! Love the staff here!!!

Is this a mafia front? How does this place stay in business?? From the first interaction to the last, the customer service was simply awful. The store often has 4 employees not one of which is able to actually answer a question or provide assistance. One time I waited for 35 minutes and the whole time the cash register was left unattended. I purchased a gas range, both the delivery and installation were botched. As an example, it took 1 call, 2 visits and a total of 45 minutes to get refunded for the installation...because they never showed for the appointment, which itself took multiple calls and ridiculously long to schedule. This place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs!

Interesting experience. I was surprised to see two identical model Samsung four door refrigerators on sale for the same price, but one had a visibly dented door and one did not. Seems like the one with the dent would have a lower price. Also, found a good deal on a Porter Cable drill, but had to take it to the checkout to find out the price - there was no price marked on any of the 20 drills on the shelf.

Awful costumer service came to look for a washer and dryer 1 person in the front desk didn’t even bother to ask if we needed help other staff just peek and turned back around and went to the back and didn’t even come back was in the store for like 15 mins and no one helped us. Terriable costumer service.
