I had never in my life ever had such bad experience at this express factory outlet i always come there but today a cashier name chris was trying to be funny and disrespect me so i was speaking to the other cashier and i told him i want to exchange my jacket and he was laughing its not that it just didnt fit making fun of me with a customer! I have never ever been disrespected!

Good selection and great deals! Pieces during sales are really good!

Store is well organized even during a the sale rush.

It had a lot of items I couldn't get from as far back as a year ago. The sales were killer as well. Minus the leather jacket for $58, maxi kimono for 34, and either other tops from between 3- 15 bucks? Um yeah, I'll be back lol!
