Terrible Service!! I bought a dishwasher at the outlet store on Belair Road and it has been 11 days since then but I'm still washing dishes by hand. The installer told me there was a part missing. I looked it up and he is correct - this Bosch dishwasher is supposed to have a junction box. I have called and called. The store, customer service, the installer. All I get is a runaround and sometimes I am on hold for over 30 minutes. I am very frustrated and unhappy with the experience. I would stay away from this store!!

Crappy service, employees standing around talking and not doing anything , waited 10 minutes to get waited on and the young girl pushed my purchase off the counter, disorganized store

Not very happy with the whole outlet thing there outlet thing everything's very damaged and the price cut is minimal got the same fridge at home depot and paid less then there best special price don't get it very disappointed. There credit is way high and the whole lease thing is rediculouse price not even readable. Very dissatisfied with the whole thing.

Ordered a refrigerator for delivery. Was told I would receive a call the night before but received no call. Called store on day of delivery. Explained no call. Kept on hold for 25 minutes. Phoned back. Told delivery was not scheduled in error due to a "new system". Cancellated order
