Both food and service is quite average, especially the food. They ran out of papaya salad by 6 in the evening. The soft shell crab was deep fried and there was hardly any crabmeat to be found. The sauce was very average in taste and I found it to be sweet while it was described as spicy. The rolls were very average too, hardly any flavours and deep fried served with a sugary syrup like sauce. The panang tofu and the pineapple fried rice were the only saving grace.
the food was delicious and the service was quick. but the restaurant was rather small and the volume was amplified easily, so i could barely hear the people sitting next to me. overall good experience though.
Been going here for years…my favorite thai food! Service is exceptionally fast and polite. You must try the steamed mussels with red chile sauce for dipping. Awesome Laab chicken, & perfect red & musumman curries.
Excellent meal in Times Square. If you like Thai, it’s got more options than most everyday Thai places.
When I see my niece who hates to eat attack this food because she don't eat ALL Day when they plan to come here for dinner, she was soooo correct. Food to die for, I had to rest my head b4 we left. I was soooo stuff and satisfied. Service was awesome also. Vaccine card required also
Worst thai fried rice ever! Terrible quality of food. I placed one order of thai fried rice with shrimp and one order of thai fried rice with calamari and they only gave three pcs of shrimp for one order and three pcs of calamari for the other order. The food is very flavorless. No seasoning and extremly bland. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Too expensive for bad food!
We were there on Saturday night, so it was busy. But the wait wasn’t long - 15 minutes. The food was good sorry forgot to take pictures until half gone. A little milder than I expected but you can add spice. I like spicy food so if it says spicy, bring it. Service was fast. Price was not bad, 2 entrees for $40. Place is walking distance to Rockefeller center, time square, broadway, cruise docks.
Sorry... But I have not tasted such bad Thai food in my life before. Advise to the Owner.. Please try your cooks' food... I truly feel they really need to up their skills.. I had pad won sen and Thai pineapple fried rice.. I had difficulty in finishing them as they tasted really bland. The meat was very tough and too bland. I am disappointed with the food quality.
Good food, decent service but had a horrible time. There were 8 of us and after I paid the bill and left a 15% tip, the manager or owner came over to me and started yelling at me that I did not leave enough time. He said the minimum was 20%. I have been to restaurants where restaurants had minimum tips for large parties but this would be stated on their menu. There was nothing posted and after the manager/owner was yelling at me, I wanted to leave no tip but I did what he said and got out of there. I have been going to this restaurant for years but will never go there again.
Worst experience. Be alert before going to this place. Ordered Thai red curry - lunch special, they provided no soup or salad unlike other Thai place. Quantity was less and twist is only two small pieces of chicken. Complained to front desk lady which she didn’t even care to resolve the issue. Total bill $14.15 and top of that front desk lady was demanding for tips and service charges. DO NOT COME AGAIN
